Little Bay de Noc Fishing Reports

Well...Kevin and I went out yesterday afternoon for the last couple of hours to a spot that treated him pretty well last year.  Don't the fish know they're supposed to stay in the same places?   We didn't mark much all night, I think I might have had three keepers come in, and I landed one of them.  I released three undersized fish and lost one on a tip-up and that was it.  I don't think Kevin caught a fish.  I caught two fish on the gold tiger size 6 Ice Darter (http://www.icedarter.net) and the other two on a size 8 holographic green/rainbow ice darter.  I guess one fish is better than none...and it did make for a tasty lucnh for me and the kids today.  I think next time out we'll try some of our old "stand-by" shallow spots.  Merry Christmas to everybody, have a safe and fun Holiday Season.  See you on the ice....
