Thanks to Captain Jim McDonald, I was able to have my first meal of Burbot this season. I usually just fry it up in butter. But I tried battering it last night. OH MY GOD. It was awesome!!! I used Andy's Fish Breading. I did not even put the fish in egg/milk first either. Put the breading in a zip-lock, add the fish, shake well, fry in Crisco oil. Enjoy..
