A friend of mine caught this yesterday.  Of course he caught it at the spot I showed him this past Saturday.

Now that's a nice brookie!!! I would put that one on the wall for sure. I got out opening day for only an hour or so, but it sure was fun none the less. I hooked 6 trout, two trees, my pants, and a really nice bush. Only landed three of the trout. One brookie that may have been legal but I let it go. The two other trout I landed actually looked like small steelhead. Anyway, awesome trout you have there. Congrats...

I tried talking him into mounting it but he wouldnt.  Im waiting for a 20 + to put on the wall.  Caught 8 total in the 9 to 12 1/2 in range but let them all go as its a 15 in min lake so I know there are 20 + inchers in there.  Gotta pick up some new waders.
