Couple big crappies...

My brother Kenneth, my wife Theresa, and I hit an inland lake this afternoon for some panfish. The bluegills for the most part were nothing to jump up and down about. I only caught one small gill and one small crappie. The lake is supposed to have a few walleye too, so I spent quite bit of time jigging, but no walleye today. Theresa caught about half dozen or so small gills plus a 14 inch crappie. Kenneth did the best taking home about 10 gills big enough to eat plus another 14 inch crappie. Not the greatest day, but surely not the worst either...

Nothing better than gills in the frying pan. The crappies aren't bad eating either.
