The Bays de Noc Great Lakes Sport Fishing club will be holding it's Early Bird Walleye Tournament on Sunday, May 22.
Take off and weigh-in will be at the North Shore boat launch on the Escanaba River.
Boat inspection starts at 6AM, rules meeting at 6:45, fishing from 7AM to 4:30PM.
Entry fee is $150 per two person team. Both team members must paid members of the BDNGLSF to compete.

This is the first of the three tournaments in the GLSF Walleye Series. Next will be the Bays Classic on August 14th, then the Last Chance on September 11th. Teams will be issued tournament points, based on their finish in each tournament. The team with the most points at the end of the season will receive a $500 bonus. Tournament points will also be used to determine eligible teams to compete in next years Cabela's National Team Championship.
