I always find myself buying crawlers and buying more and taking some out of this and that and pretty soon I have an 10lbs, of crap in a 5 lb. bag.  Built a box with mesh on the btm. to get them the heck out of the fridge and put dirt and moss and some coffee grounds and shreaded newspaper.  What am I doing wrong or right before I fill this thing and what to do to keep um happy.  I have read so much and each story is different so I am asking the guys with the know how... "What do you do???"  thanx

I bought a worm box and some worm bedding and they stay alive for a long time for me.

And I keep them on a cement floor out in my shop out of the sun.
