Michigan's free fishing weekend is June 11th and 12th. Resident and non-resident anglers can fish those two days without a fishing license.

The MMGLSF club is also holding it's annual Kid's fishing Derby Held Saturday in the Menominee Marina.  Trout are planted in the marina and kid's and adults have a blast.  Almost every kid wins something and they even feed um.  It's a great time every year and nothing beat's kids getting turned on to fishing..  biggrin
