The Bay de Noc Great Lakes Sport Fishing club is hosting it's 11th annual Wal-Mart Bays Classic walleye tournament on Sunday, August 14th. Entry fee is $150 per 2 man team (both anglers must be members of BDNGLSF to fish.) Launch is from the North Shore access, but weigh-in is at the Gladstone harbor. Entry forms are available at local baitshops. You can sign up the morning of the tournament during the boat inspection, (inspections start at 6AM.) Fishing from 7AM to 4:30PM.
In addition, there will be a free kids derby held in the Gladstone harbor while the adults are out on the lake. Registration starts at 11:30 near the harbor, (look for the big red trailer.) Fishing from 12 to 1:30PM. Kids should bring their own gear and bait, (rods will be provided for those that don't have one.)
Hey yooper1 I read your other post and you should change your water pump. Also you should fish the tournament is nothuge or anything and will not effect your fishing I do.
Thanks-I'm a dumbass-That piss tube on the engine was clogged. I cleaned the end of it but not the entire tube. I don't have a partner to fish with. I was just thinking that there would be a ton of boats out on the bay and things would be screwed up like the PWT
