Went south of Escanaba by Ford R. for some night trolling with Chris and Gary, ended up with a nice bunch of fish. Big Reef Runners and Husky Jerks in purple (big surprise) caught most of the fish. Fished anywhere from 10-25' of water, caught one here, one there, one double, but mostly just covering water. Biggest (released) was about 27", others ran from about 20-25", 12 total, I think. Not too many nights left this year that will be this nice. Good Luck out there, be safe.
Yeah, couldn't have asked for much nicer conditions than that. That Purple Prizm Reef Runner was hot! Nice getting out on the water with you again, Frank.
Was a fun night guys. Careful, somebody will be calling the rap line on me, we killed some fish, big ones at that. That's a punishable offense around these parts.
Good Job Frank. Now thats the way a post should be no waypoints, no pictures of the graph and big fish on da line. Hey frank do you have much for deer apples?
Thanks, Neil. Wind knocked down a ton of apples, selling pretty good. Corn is high and a lot of farmers aren't selling any. When I get out there, I've been selling 50# onion bags for $5, nice apples too, plenty of "eaters" in the bags. schultzorchard@gmail.com
