East side access North End and Ice Thicknes

Where is there access on the East side?  I was looking to get on near the Vagabond if they allow access?  Coming up this weekend from WI and was wondering how the ice is doing in that area?

Thanks for any reports?

You should have no problem getting on the ice at the Vagabond. There is a $3.00 access fee, but it's a great place to access the bay. Good luck...
