I did a little better today on whitefish. I didn't get going till about 9:00 this morning and got set up by 10:00. I had my jig down for about a minute and jigged up a nice whitefish. I had four more by 1:00 and the bite shut down after that. I stayed till 5:00 and did hook into two more but they got off. I had a GREAT time.

Nice Tom, It's a damn good thing I hate whitefish, otherwise I'd be beatin yer door down and making ya take me with ya. Maybe one of these days you and I and the Salmar Boys should do an all dayer. Hell, maybe we'll have to invite Ol' Schmutz too. You know how sensitive he is !!! Slammer!!!

I am having my kids and their families down for a fish fry this weekend. Deep fried whitefish...fries...cole slaw...and cheesy taters.
