Good way to clean a Burbot...

I think I will try this next time I get a Burbot. Looks much easier than the way I do it now. Especially pulling the skin off like he does. I'm really hungry for some Burbot now!!!

Last week  John Gillespie  waters and woods had a fishing show catching and targeting Brubot over on the St. louis river near Dulth Mn and Wi.

They also showed you how to clean them etc. Fishing was really good. They are spawning in the river.

 Well if they are actively spawning right now, that might explain why the Bubot bite seems to have dropped off some. Maybe they are shallower than anybody is fishing right now...

This is a pretty good video showing how to clean a burbot. The guy gets three giant fillets off the fish.

I think an even easier method is to take all your lawyers,burbot, eelpout, maria, losh, over to TomJohn's house and let him clean em!!! I can't imagine he has anything better to do!!! Slammer!!!
