Little Bay de Noc Fishing Reports

I think I have only boiled Burbot one time and it was very good (to say the least). But most of the time I just fry it up like any other fish. Make that twice that I have boiled them. The 2nd time, I just gutted one and then stuck the whole thing in the pot. This I do not recommend! I think I did this after having a couple beers that night... Holy crap, the store stunk for 3 days. I thought my wife was going to divorce me when she got up in the morning. But you know what, it still ate very well. Picked that whole thing clean all's by myself...
