4 slice bacon

4 slice bread

1 onion finely chopped

1 green pepper finely chopped

2 cloves garlic

1tsp. kosher salt

1/4 cup katsup, 1/4 cup bbq. sauce

1/4 cup water, 1tbsp. better than bullion beef. and any of your favorite seasoning...

cut bacon in small pieces and cook.  add all ingredients in mixing bowl and combine all ingredients including bacon and greese.. mix thoroughly and put in greesed loaf pan in oven at 375 for 80 min..
