Fished way south of Gladstone Saturday. We set up in 28fow in the morning with no luck. Marked one fish and could not get to hit. In the early afternoon we moved further south and set up. It was hard to fish in the pack ice, the holes were getting covered underneath the ice from chunks floating under the ice, you had to constantly clear them. We were jigging in 24 fow and had tipups set from 16 to 24 feet. My fishing partner got a 31" on a tipup and a 23". I lost 2 on the tipups under the hole fighting the ice chunks and landed a 25" and 20" jigging. Also missed two jigging. The 31" he is putting on the wall.
