The walleye fishing still sucks at this time (for the most part), but some nice perch are biting, and the smallmouth bass are hitting as well. Surprisingly, there are still some very nice sized northern pike at the head of Little Bay de Noc too. I know from experience since I had a couple "bertha's" get off yesterday just before Theresa could get the net under them!!! The salmon fishing is still very good at Fairport and getting better off the Ford River "can" too. Hopefully the walleye bite picks up soon!!! Have a great weekend everyone. Kevin Lee
