Little Bay de Noc Fishing Reports

Quick report from this morning's short 5 hr. trip.  Dan, Alex and Zach came over from the Manistique lakes area where they're staying this week.  We started out trolling Walleyes Choice harnesses south of Gladstone and on our first pass we had 4 decent walleye on...and 4 decent walleye off!  We could not keep the hooks into them.  The wind then started crankin', and we switched over to drifting with floater's and half crawlers for the rest of the morning.  We managed to land 4 keepers, some short walleyes, and some perch, however we also had several decent fish pop off.  We had the bites today...just couldn't land em'.   Good luck from all of us in the Bay de Noc area.
