Great quote... Dont like being this guy but it is so fricken nice this week to turn on the radio or tv and not hear Packers this and Pack that... So on Thursday I am wit ya Cosmo... Next week the only name I wanna hear associated with the Packers is Owen.... (0 an 2)

I hear ya, However the packer fans have had such a great run for the last ten-twelve years plus? that they really don't remember how it feels to be in last place, i know its only week one but that does have a really nice ring to it "packers in last place" he he! Well i hope we will be able to say that again on Friday morning! GO BEARS!

For all my friends in the U.P. it is really is nice to see the Lions finally start competing again. Monday night football October 22nd should be a fun game to watch(Bears/Lions), I hope to be up there to rub it in........ er um um, i mean....to watch that game.

we are vary lucky to have three teams(well 4 if you count the Vikings as an NFL team) so close geographically speaking, that it makes talking trash so much fun! with that being said, you going down tonight and the best part is it will be in Greenbay when it happens!.........he he? Tonight will be the tell tale to the whole season my friend, should be a fun game either way.

I'm still optimistic about the Bears this season, not sure why, it might just be that Cubs fan mentality in me that's not willing to give up just yet....lol Anyway good job by the Packers last night!......errrrr that's hard to say, but the war is not over my Packer Backer friends!

Mecosmo, I really have to give you credit for saying "good job by the Packers last night". I know how hard that was for you. LOL. If I couldn't be a born and raised green and gold blooded Packer fan, it would have to be Da Bears. Why ??? Cuz I hate the Vikings and the Lions would just suck the life out of me. Deep down every Packer fan looks forward to the great rivalry between the Pack and da Bears and the great game that it usually is. If we had to lose to anyone, we would secretly hope it's da Bears!!!
To me it's NFL history everytime they meet!!! Oh yeah, one more thing.....did I mention I hate the Vikings and the Lions just suck the life out of me!!! LOL

Oh can you feel the love in the air....lol Thanks slammer its always hard to admit that the rival team across da border beat the pants off of us, now we have to start thinking about the Lions and Vikings losing this weekend so we will all be starting off with a loss and Packers will just have wait until December when we can redeem ourselves with a good old fashion a$$ kickin here in Chicago!
