Guys-  I've been fishing here for 20 years and I guess the lack of good walleye reports doesn't bother me as much as the lack of water.  We're extremely low on our end of the bay as well.  I'm concerned about launching in Kipling as I normally do.  I saw Chris Wahl posted about launching problems in Kipling on a different forum.  I have a 18' 9" fiberglass boat and Im questioning making my fall trips as usual.  Anybody know more about the Kipling access??

Joel

I launched from Kipling yesterday (10/20) with my 19'6'' Sea Nymph and didn't have any problem. Went out for a few hours chasing walleye and was skunked.  Good luck to ya.

Out today from Kipling stayed to the left and never hit trim.  It is low but very do-able
