Still ice from Escanaba to Rapid River. Haven't checked the landings , but it's gotta be pretty firm with this cold again. Slammer!!!

10 degrees this morning...not going to melt much ice this way.  A buddy was out yesterday, said there was still a good 2 feet of ice and driving around was fine, just had to find a good spot to access the ice.  Was going to take the kids out perch fishing this morning (Spring Break)...but we're going to wait for it to warm up some...this is ridiculous!!!

thats crazy..7 hours south and the ice has been gone for a couple of weeks!   Did the walleye bite ever turn on before season ended?
