Little Bay de Noc Fishing Reports

Tried another new spot this morning early and before I got a lure down, i marked a fish.

That was the only damn fish for 2 hours. Time to pack up and move.  Went to a different spot about a mile away and by this time it was 9:30.  Marked more fish but not a lot. Caught twins.......brother and sister at 20 inches and 1-18.5 incher.  Nice fighters and eaters. Glad I moved, and should have done it sooner, but ya always think they'll be coming through Any minute!!!

I have yet this year to catch a fish on a tip-up. i have fished tip-ups my whole life and never had a problem like I have in the last 2 years.  3-4 foot Spiderwire leaders . Small trebles and split shot about 2 feet up and another a foot higher.  Set anywhere from 1 1/2 ft to 6 ft. off bottom using suckers. What the hell is going on??.  If I could nail one or two on tips I' d be limiting.........BUT NOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Any suggestions???

Gonna pull an all dayer tomorrow. We'll see!!!
