Little Bay de Noc Fishing Reports

Well...this past week I got to spend some great time fishing with good friends and long-time Sall-Mar guests Patrick Scheidt and Jeff Koopman.  Patrick's Uncle Charlie could not make it this year, so Patrick brought his dad Russ up for some fishing.  Although Russ didn't go fishing with us everyday, he did get over to Big Bay with us one day and caught some very nice smallies.  For the first time ever fishing with these guys...we never once got out the trolling rods.  Instead, we concentrated our efforts solely on casting.  We did plan on trolling one night for walleyes, but the wind was just too strong to make a run to our night spots.  I have to say...we really do have some great fishing on the bays for other fish besides walleye.  The following pictures are just a small portion of what we caught this past week.  Once again...I had a blast fishing with these guys and look forward to hopefully doing it again next year.
