Little Bay de Noc Fishing Reports

Had some friends up recently that did real good on perch. They did not catch as many "toads" as they did last year, but still a very nice average size for eating. Lots of 9-10 inchers. Anyway, they caught them in only 5 feet of water. Could not get a bite with a minnow on a plain hook. Had to use a real small jig and minnow and also keep it with-in 6 inches of the bottom, or they would not bite. Good luck on the water folks...
