Permalink    Printer Friendly Well, I finally had time to get in the tree stand and bow hunt.  It was the first time this year so far.  I guess I should have dressed warmer because it cost me a nice buck.  I didn't dress warm enough and the wind never let up so I decided I would climb down and head in early because I was getting pretty cold.  Well...I had already put away my release and took my arrow off the string and was getting ready to lower my bow when I heard a deer coming.  I just kept saying to myself, "please don't let it be a buck, please don't let it be a buck".  Of course...it had to be a buck, and a pretty decent 6 pt. at that.  He came right in to the food plot, perfect quartering away shot, and I was sitting there not able to shoot.  All I could do was laugh and hope he comes back again sometime!  __________________ Captain Ken Lee  Sall-Mar Resort / Bay de Noc Charters http://www.info@baydenoccharters.net
