Little Bay de Noc Fishing Reports

Made it out this afternoon for a few hours.  Fished south of Vagabond on the East side in about 45 fow.  Marked fish continuously until a little before dark.  All the fish I had on the sonar where dinks 12- and I caught somewhere around 8.  At primetime the cigars disappeared and a few nicer fish started showing themselves.  Lost one decent fish about 23-24 inches at the hole....couldn't decide if I wanted to gaff it or not!  Everything went OK all night except I was a little slow on the setup-takedown deal compared to last time I ice-fished in March.   It will get faster with practice.

The ice was about 5 inches where I was at.  I don't give up easy....I'll be out again tomorrow!
