this is the fishfinder capt.  we will be on our way up to to the bay on saturday. just wanted to touch base with you and see how the fishing has been as of late. down here in tustin we have been pretty good, and been doing some fishing on the saginaw bay. we have got about 60 so far this year, but the mayfly hatch has slowed us down as of late. you can ck out a 28 incher i caught on you tube, just type in kurt walleye it should come up. well got to do some more packing, so any info would be much appreciated, especially on the art of lead head jigging(never did get the hang of that). see you up there soon!!!!!

Jigging has still been o.k., but most of the fish have been running small.  A guest of ours caught 4 keepers yesterday and a bunch of little ones at the north end trolling bottom bouncers and harnesses.  We're supposed to be on the water today, but we've got some weather coming in and I'm not sure if we'll get this afternoon's trip in.  Stop in when you get up and we can point you in the right direction.
