Big Bay Bass Attack

Went over to BB yesterday, looking for some 'eyes, bass got in the way. North end off Tylene's was carpeted with smallies, went 2 hours at one stretch without getting all the boards in the water, as many as 3 on at once. Cranks, Little Rippers, Deep Juniors, Huskeys, really didn't matter, 12-18' of water, down just about anywhere, mid depth probably best, color didn't matter. Most small, 12" or so, plenty larger, maybe 6 in the 3-4# range, nothing bigger. Esther got tired reeling in boards, put out a line right behind the boat, got hit on the way out. Ended up with a couple walleye, no idea how many bass. Mayflies hatching over there.

Thanks for the report Frank. Sounds like you and Esther had alot of fun! I have heard of a few walleye coming from the north end whenever we have a south wind...
