Just got some bait for a guy that said he did good on perch yesterday. He wouldn't tell me exactly where (no surprise there), but did say he caught 17 good eaters from 9 1/2 - 13 1/2 inches in 32 feet of water. Just passing it on...

Future report...hopefully.   What area of L B freezes up first?  Never been on the ice up there(not withstanding fishing in a snowstorm in October!) and will be up this ice for sure. I'd love to score some of the perch I've seen posted lately, man what a mess o' fillets! blankstare

Then bay north of Gladstone freezes first. It gradually moves south from there.
