What a great day. My niece Sheila Roberts called earlier and said she had just caught a Burbot over on Big Bay and that I can have it. Then a good friend of mine called just a little bit ago and said he caught one too and that I can also have his. He was also fishing Big Bay. Both my niece and Dale also caught some nice perch today. Wooooooooooohoooooooooooooooo I have two Burbot being delivered tomorrow. Guess what's for dinner tomorrow night? It's a shame my brother won't be here to enjoy it since he will be on the road to the Novi Sport Show...biggrinbiggrinbiggrin

Good News , Bad News !!!
The good news is , you've got great friends delivering Burbot to ya tomorrow........ Bad news...... I know where ya live!!!! LOL
Enjoy Kevin, One of these days we still have to do a road trip and go target those BBDN Lobsters!!! Slammer!!!

Sheila says that if I clean her perch, I get the Burbot. Deal!!! Of course, right after I took this picture, her boyfriend brought over another 20 perch for me to clean!!! Burbot bites for dinner...Let's hope that pink area on the map stays to the west!!!

I feel like a beached whale! I always eat too much when I have Burbot. Battered burbot bites, can't beat 'em. I try and cut the fillets into bite size pieces so they all cook evenly and very quick too. I was afraid to let Sheila try any for fear she would not give me any more...

Sure, why not just club me like a baby seal and get it over with, but noooooooooooo!!! Ya gotta take a damn picture and rub it under my nose that your sittin on your arse with full belly of golden fried bites of Ugly fish. I think I'm gonna laminate that picture and hang it on my wall. You suck, not only no time to fish but been eating frickin fast food forever.... That's ok... Maybe I can just pig on french fries forever until I weigh 500 and can get on disability so I can go fishing every day and get paid..lol  Could b an ice tester for a small fee also... sounds like a win-win.... enjoy
