John from TKL has been working to recover a couple vehicles that went in near Nahma. I think he said he got one of them out and has been working on the other ever since. He said he got the 2nd one half way to shore and it broke thru again. He said the ice is honeycombed in places over there, so be extremely careful folks. Also be aware that the heave running east to west in the upper bay has risen up 3-4 feet from what I'm hearing. So watch out for that too.
Better hope Ol' Tomjohn don't see this report. He'll drive across and try and use one of them vehicles for a perch crib before they pull em out.
Seriously, hope nobody was hurt. Hard to believe the ice conditions for the end of January......weird year.
