The biggest fish I marked all afternoon yesterday and I was reading the paper.!!! You can see the fish come up and stare at the bait on the graph and I didn't notice until she was heading back to bottom. seems to me.. lately.. that totally dead sticking gets them to come in but as soon as you move it.. even a little your done

Ah man, hahaha. That's a bummer but it happens. And I totally agree with Crank Yanker. The only luck we had jigging was on Sporley Lake with the splake. I've had northerns staring at my bait and as soon as I touch the rod, they bolt. I've had the most luck when I let the minnow do all the work. That's just me though.

I see the 800 now that you mentioned it. My idea is he's getting so fat from deep fried lawers he can't move very fast anymore.

Or maybe the Alzhimers has set in from years of using that aluminum fry pan on them fish you give um that he forgets he is fishin.. All worth it in the long run.

Nice quick clip, gotta love the editing.  What bothers me is that i get to take cruise up once a week for school but it's during prime time when I get out so I end up saying the same things when I get out of class. Glad I don't have a camera on me between Esky and Powers or my wifes ears would be bleading.
