Nice Tom. Bet ur itchin for the opener. I was in ur beautiful neck of the woods a few weeks ago for perch. Why dont ya take a run down this weekend for a shakedown run to mine (Menominee) The limit goes to 5 this weekend. I will be working so someone has gotta enjoy it for me.

Hey TJ.  Look at the rod storage that goes in the springfield pedistal base ..  This holds 8 rods (6 counter combo 2 leadcore rigs)  and makes set up and storage really easy... If your rig is like mine you must have many bases around ur boat.  This can go in any of them and makes quick set-up and tear down.. I made this one out of aluminum but they sell similar units around.. It is also nice because trying to put 6-8 line counter combos in my side rod storage in a timely manner is almost impossible.. Just a nice add on to keep ya from stepping on rods and walking around them on a quick run and gun...

Here's a boat accessory that I added this year--A marine bean-bag chair. Saw them down in Florida, popular in the center console boats with no seats. Bow seat in mine was always in the way, can't ride up there on plane, this one is comfortable, easy to move around, and I can sit on the back-rest portion when I want to run the bow-mount. Good for naps too, I bet.

Frank, you win, hands down. Put one in my boat and I better start at the narrows with a south heading so nothing "bumps" me from my slumber. Flat out awesome!
