3 cup smoked fish (salmon, whitefish, trout... it dont matter)
3 tbsp. mayonaze
4 tbsp sour cream
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
4-5 drops of tobasco sauce
couple shakes of Tony"s or ur favorite season salt
3-4 drops liquid smoke
3-4 drops worshire sauce
De-bone fish and flake. Put in blender or food processor and make to a fine dip consistency. Add all the other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Slap it on a cracker grab a cold one or two and enjoy
