8 slice bacon

1 lg onion

2 stalk celery

1/2 green pepper

1/2 red pepper

1 cup frozen corn

1 bay leaf

sprinkle of thyme

3 lg. potatoe diced large

1/4 cup flour

2 cup chicken broth

2 cup milk

2 clove minced garlic

2 lb. walleye diced same as spuds..

 

cook bacon crumble set aside and save a couple tsp. grease in pan...  sautee onion , peppers, garlic, celery in grease with a little butter also... sprinkle flour over cooked veg and add broth..  now the potatoes simmer until almost soft now add everything else and cook till eyes are tender and not overcooked.... yum yum yum...
