We've really been hampered by wind lately, but we're still getting some nice fish in the bay trolling Walleyes Choice (http://www.walleyeschoice.com) harnesses behind bottom bouncers.  My best colors recently have been I-34, I-42, and I-80.  Saturday morning we had 6 nice fish and lost 4 really good ones just before we could get the net under them.  Capt. Keith had a nice limit of fish one day this past week too, but then these recent cold fronts have been moving through messing up the water temperatures daily.  Monday we had a water temp of 63 south of Gladstone where we've been getting some nice fish, and that was 10 degrees colder than just a few days before...so the fish were pretty much in shock and we didn't get any fish until we moved up to the north end and found some 68 degree water.  We caught some nice fish trolling harnesses over shallow weeds.  There are lots of weeds floating all over now because of the recent high winds, and this makes it tough trolling.  You pretty much have to continually be bringing in lines to either check for weeds or perch (bait stealers).  Sorry, don't have any video...Kevin has been using the cameras at the fairgrounds taking video of the races (which are pretty fun to go see, for 5$ you can't beat it).  Gonna have some routine maintenance done on the 300 Suzuki...but we'll be back out there soon.
