The ice that was in the Gladstone harbor has just about all melted. Not much cold weather in the forecast either, so launching should be no problem for at least a few more days anyway. I will try and check it daily and keep you posted...

That explains it. I feel better now. I thought the water level had really, really dropped over night...LOL
