Little Bay de Noc Fishing Reports

The Paper said that they were giving this net back to tribe? I'm sure its a lot cheaper to repair that net than it is to buy a new one, so why give it back, burn that friggin thing! and don't you think that if this guy was legal in the first place, he would have contacted someone about a lost or stolen net , its worth thousands of dollars to replace. I'm thinking the rotten fish are not the only thing that stinks about this net or so called fisherman!
