Went out and fished a new spot for perch today but didn't bring many home. I did end up with five keepers though.

I Vexed a hell of a lot of perch, but for the life of me I couldn't get them to bite. I could have had my limit in no time.

Maybe 5 not up to PERCHER standards. But I wouldn't swing a dead cat at it. : )

I feel yer pain buddy!!! I fished this after noon and got 2 16 inch walleyes. Can't say that I ever caught 16 inchers. Usually 143/4 or 17 or better. Gonna make a hell of a fish sandwich for us with a nice toasted wheat bun and lime aole, pan fried with a hint of salt and sweet paprika. Oh Yeah!!! Happy new year to me. All washed down with a bunch of Margaritas and some oven roasted sweet potatoe fries!!! Say it aint so!!!

We're gonna have to get out one of these days. This cold front aint helping anyone. Now watch, Kevin is gonna post about some guy or guys from Illinois up here for their first time and limited out on eyes and a couple 15 inch perch at 1:00 in the afternoon!!! LOL!!!

Nice perch buddy and talk to ya soon!!! BTW. We might have to get Schmutz up here too!!!
