Just letting everyone know we have ice! I spoke to a couple guys that fished off The Vagabond Resort on Saturday and they said they had about 8 inches out there. There are some pressure cracks opening up too, so don't go too fast and pay attention to where you are going!!! They also got ticketed for not having the ORV stickers on their 4 wheelers. I think they said each ticket was $175.00! They were also given a warning for not wearing helmets. Just passing that on... As for the fishing, I have not heard a single good report yet. One here, a couple there, at least as far as walleye are concerned. I know some big fish have been caught, but so far, not much numbers wise (at least with the folks I have spoke too). I haven't heard squat on perch either. If I hear anything good, I'll be sure to let you know. Still beats working...

To ride a wheeler on the lake is a helmet required besides the orv sticker?  Also are there any new hot colors destined to catch me the new world record walleye?

Steve, I think the hot color this year is gonna be Green and Gold !!! Just sayin!!, LOL
I've got the next 6 days off........guess where I'll be. Will give reports also. Damn pressure cracks!!!

 Yes Steve, a helmet is required on a 4 wheeler as well as the orv sticker...
