I really do wish I liked whitefish. Tried my wifes last Friday and she said it was great and it looked like it was cooked perfect. I damn near had to spit it out. Just can't do it.

I'm with Tom..... Smoked, fried, boiled, pickled, I have had them all and oh yea, Even blackened over andouille mashed potatoes in a five star restaurant in Chicago for 45 bucks a plate. Simply no pickin up the flag here and changing my mind. Definitely an all the ref's you can buy off dish here. You do hafta clean the mudd line good and remove that nasty Packer fat under the skin...
